cremini mushrooms or portobello mushrooms
The seasoning

Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth.
- If using portobellos, remove the stems; leave creminis intact but trim any dried ends.
- Drizzle the mushrooms with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and tamari, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Use your hands to coat the mushrooms thoroughly with the seasonings.
- If using cremini mushrooms, thread them onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium heat.
- Place the cremini skewers or portobello caps on the grill, gill side up.
- Cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side until tender and charred.
