The Frosting for Writing

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a cupcake tin with liners.
- Mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugars, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the coffee and sour cream until smooth, then add eggs, oil, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fill each cupcake liner halfway and bake for 15 to 18 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool before filling.
- For the filling, mix marshmallow fluff and softened butter until smooth.
- Use a knife to carve out a small hole in the tops of each cupcake and fill with the marshmallow mixture.
- To make the ganache, heat cream and butter until simmering, then pour over chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.
- Spread a tablespoon of ganache on top of each cupcake.
- For decoration, mix powdered sugar and butter for the writing frosting, then pipe messages onto the cupcakes.
