Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk together salt, pepper, minced garlic, dried oregano, lemon juice, mustard, Greek yogurt, and olive oil to create the marinade.
  2. Add your choice of protein (chicken, pork, or beef) into a container or plastic bag with the marinade.
  3. Refrigerate and let the protein marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight for best flavor.
