Greek Chicken Marinade

Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, thyme, oregano, rosemary, parsley, marjoram, nutmeg, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Coat the chicken in the marinade, then seal the bowl with plastic wrap or place it in a Ziplock bag and refrigerate for at least an hour, preferably overnight.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until charred and cooked through.
- Check for doneness using an instant-read thermometer, aiming for an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
