The chicken

Instructions
- Combine yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Zest the lemon and add the juice from half of it to the bowl, then stir until well combined.
- Chop the parsley and mix it into the marinade.
- Add chicken pieces to a gallon-sized zip-top bag with the marinade, remove air, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F or prepare the grill.
- If baking, place chicken in a casserole dish and bake for 45-60 minutes until golden brown.
