The chicken

boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.3 lbs)

Instructions
- Combine the yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, cinnamon, oregano, salt, nutmeg, and cloves in a bowl.
- Slice the chicken breasts into two thinner pieces or pound them to an even thickness.
- Place the chicken in a dish or zip-top bag and pour the yogurt marinade over it, ensuring all sides are coated.
- Refrigerate the chicken for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
- Heat ½ Tbsp of cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook two pieces of chicken until browned on each side, then transfer to a cutting board.
- Repeat with the remaining chicken and oil.
- Let the chicken rest for five minutes before slicing and serving.
