Ingredients

The vegetables

  • 12 oz broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

The shrimp

  • 1 lb shrimp, shelled, deveined, tail-on
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ stick butter, melted
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • tablespoons white wine
  • to taste ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • to taste lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
  2. Toss the broccoli with olive oil, salt, and ground black pepper, then spread it on a sheet pan and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Rinse the shrimp, pat dry, and mix with garlic, melted butter, salt, lemon juice, white wine, and ground black pepper.
  4. Transfer the shrimp to the sheet pan, spreading them out in a single layer.
  5. Roast the shrimp and broccoli for 12 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven, top the shrimp with chopped parsley, and garnish with lemon wedges before serving.
