Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
- Toss the broccoli with olive oil, salt, and ground black pepper, then spread it on a sheet pan and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Rinse the shrimp, pat dry, and mix with garlic, melted butter, salt, lemon juice, white wine, and ground black pepper.
- Transfer the shrimp to the sheet pan, spreading them out in a single layer.
- Roast the shrimp and broccoli for 12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, top the shrimp with chopped parsley, and garnish with lemon wedges before serving.
