Instructions
- Drizzle the steaks with soy sauce and liquid smoke.
- Season the steaks with the spice mixture and rub it in.
- If desired, marinate the steaks in the fridge for 1 hour to overnight.
- Place the steaks in the air fryer without stacking them.
- Cook the steaks at 370°F for 5 minutes, then check for doneness.
- Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature for desired doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the air fryer and drizzle with melted butter if using.
- Allow the steaks to rest for at least 3 minutes before slicing.
