Instructions
- Let the steaks sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for at least 10 minutes.
- Brush the olive oil over the steaks and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place the steaks in a single layer in the air fryer without overlapping.
- Cook for 6 minutes per side for medium doneness.
- While the steaks are cooking, mix the butter, garlic, and herbs in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let the steaks rest for at least 5 minutes after cooking.
- Top each steak with a dollop of the garlic butter, garnish with additional herbs if desired, then serve.
