Ingredients

The steak

  • 2 steaks rib eye steaks (12-16 ounces each)

The garlic butter

Instructions

  1. Let the steaks sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Brush the olive oil over the steaks and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Place the steaks in a single layer in the air fryer without overlapping.
  5. Cook for 6 minutes per side for medium doneness.
  6. While the steaks are cooking, mix the butter, garlic, and herbs in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Let the steaks rest for at least 5 minutes after cooking.
