Instructions
- Trim the steak and cut it into 1-inch pieces, then place it in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Sprinkle the seasoning over the steak, stir to combine, and then add the oil, stirring again to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Add the steak in a single layer to the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes or until desired doneness, flipping halfway through.
- While the steak is cooking, combine the butter, parsley, and garlic in a small bowl.
- Toss the cooked steak with the butter mixture while warm, then let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
