Air Fryer Steak with Blue Cheese Garlic Butter

The blue cheese garlic butter

salted grass-fed butter, softened

blue cheese, crumbled (about ¼ cup)

Instructions
- Prepare the blue cheese garlic butter by mixing butter, blue cheese, minced garlic, parsley, and cayenne in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF.
- Dry the steaks completely and season them with salt, pepper, and granulated garlic on all sides.
- Spray the steaks generously with avocado oil and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the steaks at 400ºF for 11 minutes, flipping halfway through for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
- Top the steaks with the blue cheese garlic butter and enjoy.
