Instructions
- Season both sides of the steak with salt, pepper, and any optional spices, then let it come to room temperature.
- Preheat the air fryer at 390° F for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Place the steak in the air fryer basket and close the lid quickly.
- Cook an 8 oz steak for 8 minutes or a 16 oz steak for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature of the steak for desired doneness.
- Remove the steak and let it rest for 5-8 minutes before slicing.
