Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a muffin tin with 12 liners.
- Blend the banana, egg, vanilla, almond butter, almond milk, and coconut sugar until smooth.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
- Combine the blender contents with the dry ingredients and stir until mixed.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Scoop the batter into each muffin cup.
- Make the crumble by mixing the crumb ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle on top of each muffin.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
