Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line 10 muffin cups.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine mashed bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter.
- Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture until just moistened.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon, then cut in butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumb topping over the muffins.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
