Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare muffin tins.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- In a medium bowl, combine the wet ingredients until well mixed.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin tins, filling them 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
