Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 °F and line a muffin pan with paper liners.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, eggs, both sugars, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour in the brown butter and mix thoroughly, scraping down the sides.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tin.
- Bake for about 12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the muffins rest for 10 minutes before serving.
