Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cut the peaches and plums into bite-sized pieces and place them in a medium bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sugar and arrowroot, then sprinkle over the fruit and toss gently.
- Transfer the fruit mixture to an 8-inch square baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine the oats, flour, sugar, and cinnamon, then mix in the melted butter and yogurt until a dough-like texture forms.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the fruit mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the topping is golden.
- Sprinkle additional sugar on top after removing from the oven, and add lemon zest if desired.
