Roasted Bacon and Butternut Squash

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
- Bake the bacon slices for 10 to 14 minutes until crispy, then transfer to a plate.
- Add the cubed butternut squash to the baking sheet and coat it in the bacon drippings, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Bake the squash for 20 to 30 minutes until fork-tender.
- Crumble the bacon and add it back to the pan, baking for an additional minute to reheat before serving.
