Instructions
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar and shake until smooth.
- In a large bowl, add shredded cabbage.
- Use a vegetable peeler to create long strips from the carrot and add to the bowl.
- Remove seeds from the bell pepper, cut into strips, and add to the bowl.
- Peel the mango, cut around the pit, and slice into thin strips before adding to the bowl.
- Add sliced green onions, mint, cilantro, and basil to the salad, and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped cashews or peanuts and serve immediately.
