Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg and then add almond butter, coconut sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and baking soda, mixing until a batter forms.
- Stir in the chopped pecans and chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized dollops of the batter onto the prepared baking sheets and sprinkle sea salt on top of each cookie.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until the edges start to brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for at least 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
