Instructions
- Cut the tops off each strawberry and hollow them out.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, then beat until smooth.
- Fill each hollowed strawberry with the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag or butter knife.
- Dip the filled side of each strawberry into crushed graham cracker crumbs.
