Ingredients

The filling

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1-2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp honey

The strawberries

  • 16 oz fresh strawberries

Optional toppings

  • to taste graham cracker crumbs
  • to taste mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by mixing Greek yogurt, cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and honey until smooth and creamy. Chill for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
  3. Remove the stems and leaves from the strawberries and slice them in half lengthwise.
  4. Scoop out a small amount of the middle of each strawberry to create space for the filling.
  5. Fill each strawberry half with the Greek yogurt and cream cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  6. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs or mini chocolate chips if desired before serving.
