Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries

Instructions
- Prepare the filling by mixing Greek yogurt, cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and honey until smooth and creamy. Chill for at least 15 minutes.
- Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
- Remove the stems and leaves from the strawberries and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out a small amount of the middle of each strawberry to create space for the filling.
- Fill each strawberry half with the Greek yogurt and cream cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs or mini chocolate chips if desired before serving.
