Slow Cooker Chicken and Stuffing

reduced sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- 1. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the Cream of Chicken soup and sour cream until combined, then spread this mixture over the chicken breasts.
- 3. Rinse the mixing bowl and add the dry stuffing mix and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
- 4. Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the top of the cream of chicken layer in the slow cooker.
- 5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- 6. Before serving, stir the mixture to shred the chicken and combine with the stuffing.
