Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- 2. Blend the rolled oats in a high-speed blender until a fine flour forms.
- 3. In a separate bowl, combine the oat flour with the water and pitted dates, blending until smooth after soaking the dates if necessary.
- 4. Mix all ingredients in the bowl with the oat flour until well combined.
- 5. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan using a spatula or wet hands.
- 6. Bake for 23-25 minutes until firm to the touch.
- 7. Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack for another 5-10 minutes before slicing.
