Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with the marinade ingredients for about 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients and stir to combine well.
- Heat the oil in a wok and add the garlic, stir-frying until aromatic.
- Add the broccoli and stir-fry for a few moments.
- Add the marinated chicken and continue to stir-fry.
- Add the mushrooms, carrots, and the sauce, mixing well.
- Once the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through, adjust seasoning with salt and sugar if needed.
- Serve immediately with steamed rice.
