Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Use a tamper to push ingredients into the blades and scrape the sides as needed.
- Add more water if the hummus is too firm, a few tablespoons at a time.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with sesame oil and chopped smoked almonds if desired.
- Serve with fresh vegetables, tortillas, or pita bread.
