White Bean & Artichoke Hummus

marinated artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed

extra-virgin olive oil
Seasoning

freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Blend the rinsed beans, artichoke hearts, garlic, lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil until smooth.
- Add more olive oil if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper, then transfer to a serving dish.
- Let it stand for at least 30 minutes.
- Before serving, drizzle with 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil and garnish with coarse salt and cracked pepper.
