Instructions

- Blend until creamy, adding reserved chickpea liquid for consistency.
- Add spinach and artichoke hearts, pulsing to incorporate.
- Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and more lemon juice if needed.
- Transfer to a bowl, cover, and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from fridge 10 minutes before serving.
