Warm Mediterranean Spinach Artichoke Hummus Dip

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease an 8×8 baking dish.
- In a food processor, blend hummus, yogurt, artichoke, basil, spinach, artichoke hearts, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic until mixed.
- Add ⅓ cup of parmesan and blend again until creamy, adding olive oil if needed.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and top with ¼ cup of parmesan.
- Bake covered for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, broiling the last minute.
- Top with additional herbs, spinach, lemon slices, and drizzle with olive oil before serving.
- Serve immediately with veggies or gluten free toast/crackers.
