Instructions
- Blend the beans, beets, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, paprika, and red chili pepper flakes until smooth.
- Add salt to taste.
- Transfer to a serving dish and chill until serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper if desired.
