Roasted Garlic and White Bean Hummus

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare the garlic for roasting.
- Roast the garlic in foil for about 30 minutes until golden and soft.
- In a food processor, combine white beans, cooking liquid or water, olive oil, tahini, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Once the garlic is cool, squeeze the cloves into the food processor and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat until warm, then sprinkle with rosemary.
- Serve with vegetables, pita, or as a pasta sauce.
