Easy Creamy Roasted Garlic Hummus

Instructions
- Roast the garlic following a tutorial.
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then dry them with a paper towel.
- Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, roasted garlic, cumin, and salt to a food processor.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes until creamy.
- If too thick, add water a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
