Homemade Hummus

Instructions
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then dry them with a paper towel, removing the skins if desired.
- Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, and salt to a food processor.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes until creamy, adding water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
