freshly squeezed lemon juice

reserved chickpea liquid (or water)

Tabasco sauce
For serving

paprika
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except salt in a food processor and blend until coarsely pureed.
- Gradually add salt to taste, adjusting as needed.
- Scoop the hummus into a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
- Garnish with paprika before serving.
