Perfect Homemade Hummus

Instructions
- Pulse the chickpeas, garlic, lime juice, sea salt, and black pepper in a food processor until chopped.
- Add tahini and olive oil, then blend on low, scraping the sides as needed.
- Slowly drizzle in ice-cold water while the processor runs, blending for 3 to 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, then transfer to a serving bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and add toppings before serving with veggies and pita.
