Creamy Homemade Hummus

Instructions
- If using canned chickpeas, simmer them with juices for 10 minutes, then drain and rinse.
- In a food processor, blend tahini and lemon juice until creamy.
- Add warm chickpeas and drizzle in olive oil while processing.
- Gradually add ice water until desired consistency is reached.
- Add salt and sliced garlic, then process again and adjust seasoning as needed.
