Smooth Roasted Garlic Parmesan Hummus

Hummus

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Cut each pita into 8 triangles and brush with a mixture of olive oil, garlic powder, and lemon pepper. Sprinkle with sea salt and bake for 10 minutes until crispy.
- Peel the skins off the chickpeas and place them in a food processor. Pulse until somewhat mashed.
- Add roasted garlic, olive oil, tahini, parmesan, pepper, cumin, and lemon juice to the food processor. Process until creamy.
- Add reserved chickpea liquid and process for another minute. Adjust seasoning with salt and more liquid if needed.
- Serve the hummus drizzled with olive oil and topped with additional ingredients if desired.
