Instructions
- Drain and rinse the white beans, then pat them dry.
- In a food processor, combine all the dip ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust the consistency with more olive oil if desired, and add extra seasonings as needed.
- Transfer the dip to a bowl and let it chill for 2 hours to enhance the flavors.
- Before serving, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with parsley.
