White Bean Dip
Ingredients

can white beans, drained and rinsed

extra virgin olive oil

lemon juice

garlic clove, minced

fine sea salt

freshly minced rosemary (or other fresh herb)

water (adjust as needed)
Instructions
- Add the drained beans, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, rosemary, and 1 tablespoon of water to a blender or food processor.
- Secure the lid and process until the beans start to break down.
- If the dip isn't smooth, add more water 1 tablespoon at a time and blend again until silky smooth.
- Taste the dip and adjust flavors as needed with more lemon juice or spices.
- Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
