Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add the chopped onion, salt, pepper, and cumin. Sauté for about 4-5 minutes until the onion softens.
- Remove the pan from heat and add the sautéed onion to a food processor or blender.
- Add the rinsed cannellini beans, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic to the processor.
- Blend for about 4 minutes until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Serve with chips, veggies, or crackers, and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
