Hot White Bean Dip

Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a saucepan until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- Reserve some bacon drippings in the pan, about 2-3 teaspoons.
- Add minced garlic to the drippings and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the drained beans and chicken broth to the pan, bring to a boil, then simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the bean mixture to a food processor, add green onions, lemon juice, hot sauce, and spices, and process until smooth.
- Stir in reserved bacon or pulse it in the processor for better distribution.
- Adjust seasoning with salt, hot sauce, and lemon juice to taste.
- Serve warm with pita chips.
