White Bean Dip

The dip

Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the cannellini beans, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pulse until the mixture is combined. If the dip is too thick, gradually add water while processing until smooth.
- Blend in the optional fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve the dip with veggies or pita chips.
