White Bean Dip with Rosemary

great northern beans, drained and rinsed

Instructions
- Heat a small pan over medium heat and drizzle in olive oil.
- Add the rosemary to the oil and bloom for 30 seconds until fragrant, then remove from heat.
- In a food processor, combine the beans, bloomed rosemary with oil, garlic, lemon juice, and salt.
- Process until the mixture is very smooth, adding water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust salt if necessary.
- Serve topped with black pepper, red pepper flakes, and a drizzle of olive oil.
