Fava Bean Hummus

cooked or canned chickpeas

Instructions
- Soak the fava beans in water for 3 hours.
- Drain the soaked beans and cook them in boiling water for about 25 minutes.
- Strain and drain the cooked fava beans.
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- For extra silkiness, add 2-3 tbsp. of freezing water while blending.
