Grilled Pineapple, Chicken and Avocado Salad

Honey Garlic Vinaigrette Ingredients

avocado oil (or any mild-flavored oil)

apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- 1. Brush chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Preheat grill to medium-high and grill pineapple and chicken for about 5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- 3. Remove from grill and let cool for at least 10 minutes, then slice chicken and cut pineapple into chunks.
- 4. In a large bowl, combine spinach, blueberries, feta, red onion, pineapple, and chicken.
- 5. Drizzle with honey garlic vinaigrette and serve immediately.
- 6. For the vinaigrette, whisk all ingredients together and let sit for at least 10 minutes before using.
