Homemade Pesto (Without Pine Nuts)

Instructions
- Blanch the basil in boiling water for 10 seconds, then transfer to ice water.
- In a blender, pulse together the pecans, Parmesan, and garlic until mostly broken down.
- Add the basil, lemon juice, and salt to the blender.
- With the blender on medium speed, slowly drizzle in the olive oil.
- Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed and taste for seasoning.
