Churro Milkshakes with Dulce de Leche

Instructions
- Combine cinnamon and sugar in a shallow bowl.
- Rub the rims of glasses with water and dip them in the cinnamon sugar.
- Place the glasses in the freezer.
- In a blender, add 2 churros, ice cream, milk, vanilla extract, coconut rum or tequila (if using), and 2 tablespoons of warm dulce de leche.
- Blend until desired consistency is reached.
- Remove glasses from the freezer and drizzle warm dulce de leche inside.
- Pour in the milkshake and garnish with churros.
