Cinnamon sugar coating

Instructions
- Heat oil in a heavy-bottom pot to 360°F.
- In a saucepan, combine milk, water, butter, sugar, and salt, and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and flour until smooth.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip and pipe small lengths into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, stirring occasionally, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- Toss warm churros in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon to coat.
