Instructions
- 1. Warm the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- 2. Add the crushed garlic and minced shallots; cook until soft.
- 3. Stir in the tomato paste, fresh orange juice, apple cider vinegar, dry mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- 4. Simmer the mixture for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring often.
- 5. Use the sauce to baste over chicken or marinate in the fridge for 1 to 3 hours before grilling.
