Instructions
- Pulse the pecans, cashews, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and sea salt in a food processor until ground.
- Add the dates and non-dairy milk to form a paste-like mixture.
- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and press half of the mixture into the dish.
- Freeze the first layer for a short time.
- Mix the cacao powder, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup to create the chocolate layer.
- Pour the chocolate layer over the pumpkin layer and freeze for 10 minutes.
- Add the remaining pumpkin layer on top and freeze for another 30 minutes.
- Cut into bars and serve.
